These Terms of Use govern your access to ovatio.ai. Use of Ovatio Comply, OvatioIQ Knowledge, or OvatioIQ Agent products is governed separately by the Master Services Agreement, Subscription Order, and Data Processing Addendum executed with the customer entity.
Site use
You may browse the Site and submit inquiries. You agree not to misuse the Site, including scraping at scale, attempting to circumvent security controls, or submitting unlawful, confidential, or customer-identifiable content through the inquiry flow.
Intellectual property
The content on this Site, including product descriptions, architecture diagrams, copy, imagery, and brand marks, is the property of Ovatio Technologies or its licensors. All rights reserved. Limited fair-use quoting is permitted.
Pre-sale statements
Product descriptions, architecture notes, and performance statements on this Site are accurate to our knowledge at publication. Contractual commitments are made only in executed agreements with the customer entity.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovatio Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Site use. Specific limits in customer contracts supersede this section for customers.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for disputes related to Site use lies in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless an executed customer agreement says otherwise.
