Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Ovatio Technologies ("Ovatio," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information from visitors to ovatio.ai (the "Site"), prospects who contact us through the Site, and customers who deploy Ovatio AI products.
Scope
This policy covers the Site and the inquiry pipeline. Customer-tenant data inside Ovatio Comply, OvatioIQ Knowledge, and OvatioIQ Agent deployments is governed by the Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum executed with that customer. Customer-tenant data is not addressed here.
What we collect
- Information you provide when you contact us: name, work email, company, the products you are evaluating, the problem you described, your timeline, and any free-text notes.
- Standard server logs from visiting the Site: IP address, user agent, referring URL, request paths, and timestamps, retained for security and abuse-detection purposes.
- Cookie and tracking preferences. See Cookie Preferences for the categories used and your control over each.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries you submit.
- To route your inquiry to the right Solutions Engineer.
- To improve the Site using aggregate analytics when you consent.
- To investigate and respond to security events.
Cookies, analytics, marketing, and chat
Essential cookies are required for basic site operation and consent storage. Analytics and Marketing categories are off by default. If you opt in, the Site may load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Jeeva lead tracking, and the Ovatio Technologies live chat widget. You can change or revoke your choice at any time from Cookie Preferences.
Sharing
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We share information with service providers who operate the Site and inquiry pipeline, such as hosting, email, form intake, analytics, marketing, and chat providers, under contracts that limit their use to providing those services.
- We share information when required by law or to protect the Site, our products, our customers, or the public.
Retention
Inquiry information is retained for three years from last contact, then deleted unless you have an active contractual relationship with Ovatio or we are required to retain it longer by law. Server logs are retained for security and abuse-detection purposes according to our operational retention schedule.
Your rights
If you are in a jurisdiction that grants data subject rights, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your information by emailing privacy@ovatiotech.com.
